An automatic turning department equipped with high technology machinery, guarantees carrying out multiple processing, even the most complex one directly on the machine, ensuring quality and precision.
The heart of the company is represented by its gear cutting department where we manufacture any type of micro-gear from 0.25 modules to 2.5 modules, using metallic and synthetic materials in small and large batches complete with all the processing required.

From the Chinese cart pointing due south to Leonardo’s inventions all the way to our times, man used gears to resolve the issue of the transmission of movement and work.
The field of application for gears is limitless and over the centuries man designed and built machines capable of changing their angular velocity.
The company premises span over an area of 5,000 square metres, 2,500 of which are covered, and featuring specialised high-tech departments equipped with latest generation machinery for:
gear cutting, automatic turning, grinding, stripping, broaching and rolling as well as surface treatments and quality control for both small batches and large-scale production runs.
